Yesterday we spent our day as tourists searching for the perfect viewing spot for the solar eclipse. We managed to find a nice break in the clouds and had a clear view of the sun as the eclipse started. A few small clouds rolled through obscuring our view, but by the time it reached totality we had a clear view.

We will be beginning the fishing phase or our trip today the 9th.
