Completing the first long trip of our 2024 winter season we now launch into a planned six week maintenance period as part of our annual regimen. Upgrades and improvements keep our beloved Royal Star current with all safety regulations as well as cosmetically and mechanically sound. In addition this year will include a brand new, state of the art, sonar and fathometer and transducer that will add significant prowess to our array of fish finding electronics. 

While nothing replaces the ultimate fish finder behind the wheel these new systems incorporate force multiplying technology that will vastly improve our ability to locate and track tuna schools offshore. 

As our maintenance period unfolds and progresses we will continue updating the narrative and Royal Star social media. We will also include reminders and info regarding availability and upcoming voyages.
